SURFACTANTS

ADERCO’S surfactants are totally organic detergents/dispersants. Since these additives are free of metals, they can be used without any danger in all kinds of engines and boilers. Their primary function is to homogenise fuel, to improve dispersal and to obtain a more thorough combustion.


ORGANO-METALLICS

M16K :

This additive is a composite of magnesium synthesised specifically to maximise the magnesium content. Its primary function is to eliminate corrosion at high and at low temperatures in boilers. Compared with a magnesium suspension, this product offers a much greater flexibility of usage (it can be added directly to the fuel reservoir, therefore avoiding the use of a costly injection system) and reduces maintenance (because it doesn’t obstruct the filters, and it isn’t abrasive for the injection system). Moreover, given that the magnesium is in a molecular state, it produces greater efficiency because less magnesium is required per ppm of vanadium.


F1820 :

This additive is a composite of iron synthesized specifically to maximise the iron content. Its primary function is to act as a catalyst so as to improve combustion and therefore reduce particle emissions and visible fumes. Since this additive is a composite of soluble iron, it can be added directly into the fuel reservoir therefore avoiding costly fuel injection systems.


METALLIC SUSPENSIONS

Since these products are fine metallic particles dispersed in a petroleum product, their use necessitates an agitation system to conserve a homogeneous suspension. In addition, an injection system with a proportioning pump is necessary in order to add it to the fuel.


M5500 :

This product is a magnesium suspension in fine powder form finely dispersed in a petroleim based product. Its primary function is to eliminate corrosion at high and at low temperatures.


MA4500 :

This product is a magnesium and alumina suspension in fine powder form dispersed in a petroleum based product. Its primary function is to eliminate corrosion at high and at low temperatures, while conserving the deposits which accumulate on the interior of the boiler, as crumbly and easy to clean off.


HYBRIDS

These products are a mixture of surfactants and organo-metallics. They are synthetized to benefit from the synergia of both compounds.


HF8K :

An hybrid additive composed of two active products:
  • An organo-metallic base on iron. This compound acts according to mechanism III to noticeably reduce the soot produced,

  • A surface active agent which breaks asphaltene agglomerations, homogenized the fuel, improves atomization and give a more complete combustion.


HMXK :

This hybrid is made of two active compounds:

  • An organo-metallic base on magnesium to prevent high and low temperature corrosion in boilers,

  • A surfactant to disperse the asphaltenes, to homogenize the fuel, to improve atomization and to give a more complete combustion.
